Packet Bouquet is an innovative way to deliver flowers. Unlike traditional ways of receiving flowers, we send fresh and carefully selected flowers, which you can arrange yourself in a vase or other container you have. We provide our vision on how to arrange your flowers through our video tutorials.
You will not know the flower choice of the next box, but it is always related to our weekly topic and is a surprise!

Your Packet Bouquet contains a variety of flowers and greenery, ready to arrange.
Each box usually includes:
- Little flowers that serve as a filler for your arrangement. For example: alstroemeria, eustoma or other seasonal species; - A few sprigs of greenery. For example: aralia leaves, monstera, eucalyptus, laurel and others; - Larger single flowers, such as rose, dahlia, sunflower, and may contain exotic flowers such as protea, strelitzia and others; - A list of the names of the flowers you have received and brief information about each of them; - Special package of food for flowers; - A short video tutorial that you can find here
With your Packet Bouquet you do NOT receive:
- ready bouquet / arrangement, unless you select the appropriate option when ordering; - cellophane, package or other type of decoration, unless you order additionally from our store; - vase or other type of container, unless you order one from our store or select a set with a vase included.
In our weekly bouquet making videos, we use a few things that are not included in the package price. These are vases (we recommend using your favorite utensils such as vases, jars, teapots, bottles, cups or other utensils that you have in your home or office), scissors, twine or other type of accessories;
If you need to use special materials to make a bouquet, such as flower wire or self-adhesive flower tape, we will add it to your package for free;
If you do not have some things that you think you would need, we offer consumables for arranging, available in our online store.
We try to fully support the Bulgarian flower production and use local suppliers, but since we live in Bulgaria and the market is not secure, we also work with imported flowers!
- You get seasonal flowers that are of the best quality on the market; - We also strive to offer our customers flowers that are not known in our market or are rare; - You also receive a list of the flowers you have received and instructions for arranging and maintaining them.
- Since we use the freshest flowers on the market, their shelf life will certainly be longer than those purchased from some flower shops; - The flowers are carefully selected to last a few days. Keep in mind that some flowers bloom faster than others. Others need more time to bloom, but will be fresh for a longer period; - If you follow our instructions and care tips, your flowers will last as long as possible.
1. When the flowers arrive, cut them at an angle of 45; 2. Put them in fresh water with food for flowers; 3. Monitor the amount of water, sometimes the flowers are thirsty and drink everything to the bottom! Rest assured that this will not happen to your flowers by watching them! It is good on the third day to prune the stems again and to replace the water with fresh. Do not forget to add the flowers' food!
We can try to choose flowers that are not very fragrant. And replace those that are allergenic with those that would not irritate your allergy.
However, if you have an acute allergy to flowers, please contact us to discuss the situation and decide what will be best for you. If we decide that we cannot fulfill the order (no allergenic flowers), we reserve the right to refuse your order on our behalf.

We arrange the flowers tightly in the box in order to prevent movement and friction during their journey to you.
Sometimes the flowers may look wilted, but once you cut off part of their stem and immerse them in water with flower food, they will be refreshed within a few hours!
If there is something you are not happy with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and we will do our best to fix this problem.
